About the Workshops

Value Scoreboard Workshop

Too often, the business impact of successful technology implementation projects isn't properly measured or documented. This workshop will show attendees how best-in-class organizations track the value of their Industry 4.0 projects, and present these "value scoreboards" to their leadership.

CapEx Justification Workshop

Learn how reliability professionals are successfully getting CapEx justification requests approved and the information you need to turn “no” into “yes."

This workshop is hosted by Brian Hronchek, Principal Trainer & Consultant, Eruditio.

CapEx Planning Optimization Workshop

Learn how to apply new CapEx value formulas to decide whether to repair versus replace fixed assets, and how this decision can optimize your 5-year capital plan. Real world examples will demonstrate how:

- Companies decide which assets to include in their plan

- They positioned the CapEx request with corporate leadership (and got the money they needed!)
