Gecko Robotics, Inc. (“Gecko Robotics,” or “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy, security, and accuracy of personal information, subject to provisions of state, federal and international laws.
This Privacy Statement describes how we collect, use, disclose and otherwise process personal information of our Site (defined below) visitors, business customers, and job applicants (collectively, “you”) that we collect through the Gecko Robotics website at www.geckorobotics.com, other Gecko Robotics websites referencing this Privacy Statement (collectively, the “Site”) and our interaction with you (whether via phone, email, offline, or other channels or in connection with our services or the operations of our business).
This Privacy Statement does not apply to personal information that we process on behalf of our business customers as “data controllers” or “businesses” operating on their own behalf. We act solely as a “data processor” or “service provider” for our business customers, who are in control of how we process such personal information on their behalf.

Professional or employment Information: Current or past job history or performance evaluations. We collect this information from individuals applying for employment with Gecko Robotics via accessing a separate site powered by Ashby. Information includes name, email address, LinkedIn profile, website, answers to specific questions about the job posting, and voluntarily shared information in the context of your application.

Education Information: Education information collected in the context of individuals applying for employment with Gecko Robotics.

Inferences: Inferences reflecting individual preferences, trends, behaviors, and other similar characteristics.

Sensitive personal information: Social security, driver’s license, state identification card, or passport number or other sensitive personal information collected, for example, in connection with your application. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration, but like many companies that operate online, we may at times engage vendors that leverage your personal information for targeted advertising on our behalf. Under certain U.S. state laws, disclosing personal information to these vendors may constitute a “sale” of personal information for valuable consideration, “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, or “targeted advertising.” We may “sell” or “share,” and may have “sold” or “shared” in the past 12 months, certain identifiers, internet or other electronic network activity information, and inferences with our advertising partners for this purpose. However, we do not “sell” or “share,” and have not “sold” or “shared” in the past 12 months, personal information of individuals we know to be under 16 years of age.

We collect and retain personal information for the length of time needed to carry out the purposes described in the Privacy Statement. We also retain personal information for related business purposes, security, legal compliance, and disputes and claims handling, consistent with our retention policy and as permitted by applicable law.

We use cookies and other similar tracking technologies (such as web beacons or pixels) to collect and generate data on how people are using and interacting with our Site to better understand what is most helpful for our Site visitors, as well as for other purposes described in “How We Use the Information Collected[1] ” section above. Sensitive personal information is not stored within cookies. You can update your cookie settings by selecting the “Update Cookie Preferences” link at the bottom of the webpage.
We do not currently take actions to respond to “Do Not Track” signals from browser settings because a uniform technological standard has not yet been developed.

This website may contain links to other websites. Some of those websites may be operated by third parties. We provide the links for your convenience, however Gecko Robotics does not review, control, or monitor the privacy practices of websites operated by others.
Gecko Robotics is not responsible for the performance of websites operated by third parties or for your business dealings with them. Therefore, whenever you leave this website we recommend that you review each website's privacy practices for adequacy.

Our products and services, including the Site, are not intended for children under 18 years of age.
